By providing your organization's contact information you can become a part of Project H.O.P.E., CDC’s Community Partners Resources (C.P.R.).  Your organization will become a part of a large consortium of community-based organizations that provide a variety of services to the people and families throughout the greater Paterson/Passaic county/NJ area.  

The Goal is to improve the quality of life for families in the Northern NJ area, by providing them with information about what is available to them in their own communities. Our goal is to reach as many people as possible, with as much information as possible, so that all of their dreams of living a life worth living can be possible.
